Daring to be different, Medford Florist & Gift Shop introduces our concierge service , our highest level of personalized service for that special touch your recipient should never forget.

The concierge service from Medford Florist & Gift Shop includes:

• Personalized attention from the ordering process to the recipient’s receipt;
• Hand delivery of your gift;
• If we do not stock it, we will aim to find it for you and make the delivery;
• Delivery confirmation sent to you by e-mail or ‘phone after we have made the delivery with time and signature provided;
• If ordered, we will take a photograph of the gift being received by the recipient and e-mail the image to you. This is, of course, if the recipient agrees to being photographed;
• Should the occasion warrant, we will sing “Happy Birthday” to the recipient; and
• Daily, weekly and/or monthly deliveries for personal or business occasions.

Gifts and their occasions may include:

• Spa gift card with flowers to provide floral aromatherapy from the moment she receives the gift;
• Restaurant reservations or gift card accompanied by a floral arrangement designed for the special occasion;
• Gift card for the recipient’s favorite store;
• Sporting equipment such as a tennis racquet, golf clubs or fishing pole with flowers embellishing the piece or balloons attached;
