Medford Florist provides delivery service to most areas and zip codes in Southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia area. If you are not able to place your order online due to a delivery code restriction, please call us at 609-654-8338 to chat. We can usually make the necessary arrangements for your orders.
We do not guarantee specific delivery times, but we try to accommodate special requests for an additional fee.
Deliveries with temperatures below 34F and those with temperatures at or below 35F when it is not suitable to leave fresh-cut flora.
We must have a phone number for the recipient to be able to leave items or schedule mutually convenient delivery times. Orders with no phone number may result in a delivery delay. Providing YOUR contact information for the recipient, unless you live in the same dwelling or if delivery is for a business location where you work with the recipient, does NOT facilitate the delivery of your order.
If delivery is to a gated community or a property with a gate or requires a party other than our delivery driver to access, kindly provide any access code or the necessary information to allow us to make the delivery. Failure to do so can cause a delayed delivery of your order.
For deliveries to a business address, it is your responsibility to ensure that the business is open and that you provide their hours of operation.
Elderly care establishment, hospital & health care facility deliveries are made in conjunction with their current practices.
Deliveries to funeral homes are made in conjunction with their requirements. Funeral homes, and no one else, determine when they require the delivery.
There will be no delivery confirmation in the form of the recipient's signed acknowledgement of receipt unless you specifically request this when ordering.

The delivery charge is a one-time visit to the location you provide. Additional delivery charges may be added if the location information you provide is incorrect and/or delivery is not feasible at our time of arrival, regardless of the reason, including weather.
